Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Lakdew Traders. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 15 days of receiving it for a full refund, no questions asked.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, or if you received the wrong item, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange promptly.

Conditions of Return

Returned item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or damaged item, wrong item received).

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
